The VC855 vertical machining center features a super-rigid bed and an extra-large span integrated structure, giving it excellent vibration resistance. Its feed system comes with large-size roller linear guides and precision ball screws, ensuring smooth movement and reliable positioning accuracy. The machine is equipped with a high-torque, high-speed spindle motor, providing plenty of cutting power. A workpiece only needs to be clamped once to complete multiple operations like milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, and counterboring. The machine meets the processing needs of the new energy vehicle industry and is capable of producing parts like brake discs, brake calipers, and car light molds.
The VC1165 vertical machining center features an ultra-rigid bed and a large-span integrated structure, giving the machine excellent vibration resistance. New energy vehicle battery modules mainly consist of the batteries and the trays that hold them. These battery trays are usually made by joining and welding multiple aluminum plates. After that, depending on assembly needs, the trays go through a series of processes like drilling and milling to achieve high precision and flatness, meeting the requirements for battery module assembly and vehicle assembly. Currently, processing battery trays generally requires multiple handling, repeated clamping, and re-positioning for tooling, which makes the workflow complicated and reduces efficiency. To address this, our company has developed a composite machining center for battery trays. On this machine, the trays can go through all drilling, milling, and other processes in one go, ensuring quality while greatly improving production efficiency and making automated production easier.
The LQI2520 machine features a bed, worktable, saddle, column, and spindle box all made from cast materials, giving it plenty of rigidity and excellent vibration and shock resistance.
It uses an integrated machine body structure with three-axis roller linear guides. The worktable is fixed, and the gantry moves during operation, making it compact while still capable of supporting heavy loads.

The overall solution significantly improves machining accuracy and efficiency, making it particularly suitable for high-speed, high-precision machining of large, complex workpieces and curved cavities.

Materials such as aluminum alloys place extremely high demands on machine tool rigidity, cutting force control, and dynamic accuracy.
