On April 21, 2026, the 14th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2026) grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre!

Featured Exhibit: VC5A1060R High-Rigidity Vertical Machining Center

The VC5A1060R is a new generation vertical machining center meticulously crafted by Fiyin Precision for machining difficult-to-machine materials such as aerospace structural components, titanium alloy parts, and precision molds. The "1060" in its name represents its classic medium-to-large machining specifications, while the "R" signifies Rigid and Reliable, fully reflecting Fiyin Precision's core pursuit of product performance.

1. High-Rigidity Box-Type Structure, Designed for Difficult-to-Machine Materials

The VC5A1060R features an integral resin sand-cast bed, combined with a box-type column and wide-rail saddle design. The Y-axis is equipped with a four-slider heavy-duty roller linear guide, fundamentally suppressing cutting vibration. For typical difficult-to-machine materials in aerospace applications such as titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys, the machine tool has undergone high-rigidity reinforcement design. The spindle box adopts a symmetrical box-type structure, ensuring excellent machining stability and surface quality even under heavy cutting conditions.

 

2. Intelligent Digital Interconnection, Empowering Efficient Intelligent Manufacturing

Closely aligned with CCMT2026's theme of "Digital, Interconnected, Intelligent Manufacturing," the VC5A1060R is equipped with Fiyin Precision's independently developed intelligent monitoring module, enabling real-time spindle load monitoring, tool life warnings, and adaptive optimization of the machining process. Through a standard industrial Ethernet interface, the machine tool can seamlessly connect to MES systems and digital twin platforms, helping users build transparent and traceable intelligent production workshops.

3. Precision Temperature Control and Error Compensation, Ensuring Continuous High Precision

The machine tool features a spindle constant-temperature oil cooling system and a three-axis lead screw pre-tensioning structure. Combined with the FANUC system's built-in thermal error compensation function, it effectively suppresses thermal deformation during long-term continuous machining. Key functional components are selected from German FAG/Japanese NSK precision bearings, Taiwanese C3-grade ball screws, and high-precision linear guides, ensuring excellent precision stability throughout the equipment's entire lifecycle.
