QUALITY CONTROL
Feiyin CNC applies AS9100D aerospace quality management principles to every part we machine — from single titanium prototypes to 500-unit aluminum production runs. Our three-stage QC system covers the full production cycle:
STEP1
IQC verifies incoming material against mill certificates (grade, hardness, dimensions, surface condition)
STEP2
IPQC performs first-off CMM inspection and periodic in-process checkpoints with real-time tool wear monitoring;
STEP3
OQC conducts 100% CMM dimensional verification and surface finish testing before packaging.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformance, material certificates, CMM reports, and AS9102 FAI documentation where applicable.
Our quality metrics speak for themselves: first-pass yield ≥ 99%, on-time delivery ≥ 98%, and Cpk ≥ 1.33 on all critical dimensions — verified by ZEISS CMM, laser tracker, and surface roughness tester in our in-house metrology lab.
